       |  Larsen Oil and Gas group is a privately owned international drilling and production contractor with offices in Norway, Aberdeen (UK), Singapore and Dubai. Regional offices are being established in West and South Africa, Brazil, the US and Mexico. We specialise in the development, construction and operation of Semi-Submersibles and Jackup Drilling Platforms, FPSOs and Mobile Drilling and Production Platforms. Larsen Oil and Gas manages a group of owner companies (listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange) as follows : Petrolia Drilling ASA (including Venture Drilling) PetroJack ASA PetroMENA ASA PetroProd Ltd. Petrolia Drilling ASA (www.petrolia.no) owns the semisubmersible “SS Petrolia” and has a 50% ownership in deepwater drillship “DS Deep Venture”. Both rigs have secured long term contracts in Mexico and West Africa. PetroJack ASA (www.petrojack.no) has 2 Baker Marine 375 ft jack up rigs under construction at Jurong Shipyard in Singapore. PetroJack II and PetroJack IV will be delivered in Mar'08 and 4th quarter 2008 respectively. PetroJack II has secured long term charter contract for operating in Saudi Arabia. PetroMena ASA (www.petromena.no) has 3 sixth generation Friede & Goldman DP ultra deepwater semisubmersible rigs rated for 10,000 ft water-depth under construction at Jurong Shipyard in Singapore. All 3 rigs have secured long-term drilling contracts from delivery (in 2009) in US Gulf of Mexico, Brazil and Mexico. PetroProd Ltd (www.petroprod.com) has ordered the world’s largest jack-up platform - an MSC Gusto CJ70 for 150 m water-depth with Jurong Shipyard in Singapore with delivery first half of 2010. The company also has 3 floating production offloading and storage vessels - FPSOs - under construction at Jurong Shipyard, Singapore. Larsen Oil and Gas actively promotes the development and implementation of new designs within drilling, production and asset management. The company is now actively recruiting and training offshore operational staff for both rig and FPSO operations. This work is coordinated from the Singapore office for world-wide mobilization and operation of our fleet.
